Rapid Grooving Technology of Doublewheel Trench  Cutter Used in Argillaceous Siltstone Stratum

Abstract:

The grooving efficiency of underground diaphragm wall of Liuyanjing Station on Nanchang Metro Line No. 3 in argillaceous siltstone stratum is low, hence, it should be improved. The lithology of argillaceous siltstone is studied, the performance of doublewheel trench cutter is investigated, the equipment and supporting are selected and improved, and innovations and optimizations are carried out for grooving technology. The study results show that: (1) The grapping and cutting technology is suitable for composited strata. (2) The grooving effect of conical tooth type cutterhead is superior to that of standard plane tooth type one in thick argillaceous siltstone stratum. (3) The waterslurry separation effect of centrifugal waterslurry separation system is superior to that of vibration sand filter, and the centrifugal waterslurry separation system can effectively improve the grooving efficiency. (4) A series of grooving technologis of doublewheel trench cutter used in argillaceous siltstone stratum in Nanchang are obtained, which are worth popularizing in Nanchang area and can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
