Online Status Monitoring System for Shield Based on Sensing Technology

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems such as detection and commissioning of shield machine, and guarantee the safety, the stabilization and reliability of shield during construction, the sensing and detecting technology is adopted to design an online monitoring system for shield operation status, which can monitor the vibration and temperature of key components of shield, and transmit the data detected to the controller; and the monitoring system is tested. The testing results show that the indices, i.e. vibration velocity of 1-1.5 mm/s and temperature of 20-48 ℃, can meet normal operation requirements of shield and design requirements of online monitoring system.
