Review Progress of Construction Quality Control and Entity Strength Detection and Evaluation of Shotcrete using Wetsprayed Method

Abstract:

Based on the exiting research achievements, by using the method of literature investigation, the process factors affecting the quality of shotcrete with wetsprayed method, and their function laws are summarized. Also, the quality inspection and evaluation methods in current specifications are compared and analyzed. On this basis, combined with practical engineering experience, the reasonable control values of various process parameters in the construction of tunnel engineering with wetsprayed method are obtained. Moreover, starting from the actual working environment and testing conditions of shotcrete, the difference between standard strength value and entity strength value is clarified, and the applicability and limitation of current assessment method are pointed out. At last, according to one of current specifications, i.e. Technical code for engineering of ground anchorages and shotcrete support (GB 500862015),an entity quality evaluation method of shotcrete is suggested, which can guide actual construction and quality control and management in field more effectively and reasonably.
