Abstract:
Through the analysis of Chinese highway tunnel from all angles, i.e. construction scale, technical challenges, design concept and development status of maintenance management, it indicates that China has made rapid progress in both construction technology and theoretical knowledge of highway tunnel,and it steps into green construction stage gradually. However,there remain gap to achieve scientific maintenance management. And there still exist problems, i.e. separate in construction, management and maintenance,difficult in testing andmaintenance, messy basic data, incomplete assess system and reinforcing system, etc. To solve these problems, three aspects are discussed to provide new idea for scientific management and maintenance of highway tunnel: (1) The concept of whole lifecycle is introduced,and the significance of whole lifecycle, convenient maintenance and standardized construction to tunnel construction, management and maintenance is discussed;(2) Establish information system of tunnel construction and maintenance,and set up tunnel information record through big data processing platform and BIM(Building Information Management) technology;(3) Complete system for tunnel maintenance technology and sort tunnel inspection and reinforcement technology to summarize a set of system for tunnel inspection, management and maintenance.
