Abstract:
The 24.8 km headrace tunnel is the key to CCS Hydropower Station project in Ecuador, which is constructed by two doubleshield TBM. The traditional design modes of engineering concept design, basic design, detailed design and site construction are modified and improved; and the original design scheme is analyzed. The equipment characteristics and the construction technology of TBM are highly integrated into the tunnel engineering design based on engineering contract, engineering geology and hydrogeology, site construction environment conditions and its changes, and the technical characteristics of TBM construction tunnel engineering. The whole process dynamic optimization design is carried out for design scheme of the headrace tunnel, the construction planning scheme of tunnel and the type selection of TBM segments, so as to provide rational tunnel design and construction scheme for rapid and efficient TBM tunneling, safety and environmental protection construction. The implementation of the scheme can ensure the quality and construction schedule of CCS Hydropower Station, and effectively control the investment of CCS Hydropower Station under EPC mode.
