Abstract:
In order to effectively solve, control and reduce the quality defects of tunnel lining, i.e. cracks, drops, cavities, etc., and ensure the safety of tunnel construction and operation, a new type of informatized lining trolley is systematically developed, and the control method of tunnel secondary lining disease is formed based on the lining construction information. The application of rotary butt fast material distribution system solves the problems of concrete segregation and construction cold joint, and improves the construction efficiency of concrete pouring. The use of automatic vibration and ramming system reduces the phenomenon of lost vibration and insufficient vibration and ensures the compactness of concrete. The zero lap joint device of Vshaped groove is adopted to solve the problem of top crack construction joints. The expandable end template is used to block the end model when overcutting and undercutting. The information acquisition and control system is used to realize automatic and informatized construction. The test shows that the adoption of new informatized lining trolley can reduce the quality defects of lining, i.e., cracks, drops and cavities, and effectively improve the quality of lining construction.
