Preliminary Study on Selection of Mechanized Equipment for Drilling and Blasting Construction of SichuanTibet Railway Tunnel

Abstract:

In order to solve the matching problem of mechanized equipment for tunnel construction by drilling and blasting method in SichuanTibet Railway, this paper classifies the equipment according to the nine working lines of the tunnel, and introduces the current domestic tunnel mechanized equipment from the aspects of equipment performance, structural parameters, tunnel section size of SichuanTibet Railway, elevation and construction effect. A preliminary study on suitability evaluation is made, and the mechanical equipment for 9 working lines in tunnel construction is put forward. Based on the matching equipment, a preliminary model of tunnel mechanized configuration for SichuanTibet Railway is proposed. The tunnel mechanized matching is divided into three types: low altitude and high matching (A), low altitude and low matching (B) and high altitude and high matching (C). Type A is the mechanized matching type represented by "rock drilling trolley + mixed explosive trolley"; Type B is the mechanized matching type represented by "wind gun + excavation bench"; Type C is the machine represented by "rock drilling trolley + mixed explosive trolley + plateau excavation equipment + electric slag transport equipment + plateau oxygen generator + mobile maintenancefree air compressor". 
