Design and Application of Spray Maintenance Trolley Based on PLC Control System

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of concrete crack, concrete strength and durability not up to the standard and reduce concrete crack, drop and other diseases,the spray maintenance trolley is developed by combining the concept of automatic control and traditional maintenance method. The trolley has the characteristics of automatic water temperature control, humidity control and walking maintenance control. Through heating system, the temperature difference is guaranteed to be less than 15 degrees, which solves the problem of concrete shrinkage and cracking caused by excessive temperature difference between curing water and concrete surface. Through humidity monitoring system, concrete surface humidity is guaranteed to be no less than 90%, which avoids insufficient water absorption on concrete surface. Automatic walking maintenance system ensures the standardization of maintenance and solves the problem in manual maintenance. The design reduces labor intensity, standardizes operation, saves water, ensures temperature difference and maintenance requirements, and improves maintenance quality.
