Analysis and Experimental Research on Synchronous Performance of Segment Erector Lifting System

Abstract: In order to study the synchronous performance of dualcylinder in the lifting system of segment erector, a 3D model of 900 mm segment assembly test platform is established. The hydraulic lifting system is designed, and the mathematical model of the system is established. The mechanicalhydraulic cosimulation model of the lifting system is established by means of AMESim and Adams software, and simulation analysis and test are carried out on the synchronous performance of dualcylinder. The results show that: (1) The displacement difference of dualcylinder ranges from 0.017 mm to 5.300 mm; (2) The load on the dualcylinder is the main factor affecting the synchronous performance of the dualcylinder; (3) The dualcylinder synchronous performance in the lifting system meets the assembly requirements of the segment. The experimental results are consistent with those of the cosimulation, which verifies the correctness of the simulation model.
