Application Research of Urban Rail Transit Accessory Integration Project Based on BIMGIS Technology: a Case Study on Phase 1 

Abstract: The BIM and GIS technologies have the advantages of visualization and massive data processing. As a result, they are used to solve the display, classification and storage of model and other practical application problems in the accessory integration design and management of Phase I project of Beijing Metro Line No.19. First, the basic data involved in the process of the project is innovatively classified, and the types of data needed in the informatized management process of accessory integration are determined. And then relevant functional application research is conducted through rail transit BIMGIS collaborative platform developed. It is for the first time, the accessory integration design based on BIM and GIS technologies is applied to stations along rail transit line, which realizes visualization of environment in design process and design scheme selection, and achieves good effect. Compared to conventional accessory integration design, the accessory integration design based on BIM and GIS technologies is highly integrated, informatized and efficient, which can provide data support for followed digital construction of urban rail transit.
