Design and Analysis of No.1 Shaft in Gaoligongshan Tunnel

Abstract: In order to meet the construction requirement for the shaft of the Gaoligong mountains, comprehensive tunnel environment and well capacity requirements, in accordance with the shaft well, wellbore, the underground three aspects as a whole to consider the overall design train of thought, puts forward solutions to key problems in the design of railway tunnel shaft:(1according to the wellhead conditions of landform and physiognomy and lifting equipment, wellhead yard layout, reasonable arrangement of well field flat;2According to the vertical shaft function positioning, the vertical shaft should adopt the main and auxiliary shaft mode;3Comprehensively consider the cross section size of the shaft according to the amount of slag, quantity of materials and quantity of personnel in and out of the underground construction;4When geological and hydrogeological conditions permit, the mixed operation method of shortsection excavation and laying of the shaft is suitable for construction, and a single layer of molded concrete lining is set;5The hoisting equipment of vertical shaft should be considered according to the requirements during downhole construction, and the capabilities of each equipment should be matched during well construction;6The construction capacity of the shaft shall meet the requirements of slags and feedstock during underground construction and leave a surplus;(7The vehicle yard at the bottom of the well shall be determined according to the mode of transportation and functional requirements such as feeding and slag discharge;8The safety of vertical shaft should first solve the problem of groundwater. The results show that the railway tunnel shaft is feasible according to the above design methods and ideas. At present, the main shaft of No.1 shaft in Gaoligongshan Tunnel have been successfully constructed.
