Abstract: A case study of a Changchun metro prefabricated station is undertaken to ensure the safety and stability of prefabricated station structures during the construction process, and to research the mechanical law of the prefabricated underground station structures during the construction stage. The entire construction process of the prefabricated underground structure is analyzed using numerical simulation and field measurement, and the results show the following. (1) The internal force and deformation of the structure are significantly affected by the two stages of top backfilling and waterlevel recovery. (2) Some special construction nodes, such as lead screw setting and concrete layered backfilling, have a more significant impact on the internal force and deformation of the structure during the ring assembly and sidewall backfilling stages. (3) The numerical analysis results are compared with the fieldmeasured results, and the comparisons show that the model analysis is reliable.
