Abstract: The cast-in-place platform plate presents various disadvantages, such as poor construction quality, tight deadlines, and numerous construction processes. To address these challenges, a prefabricated assembly platform plate made of active powder concrete is proposed. The design of the disassembly process, node connections, and construction methods for this platform plate are thoroughly analyzed. Furthermore, numerical simulations are conducted to evaluate the structural forces during both the lifting and operational stages. Furthermore, the rationality of the structural system and connection nodes is verified, and a comparative analysis is conducted against a conventional platform plate in terms of technical and economic factors. The results reveal the following: (1) The platform plate is made of reactive powder concrete with high compressive and flexural strength that can reduce the cross-sectional size of components and the selfweight of the structure. Furthermore, cavity structures are incorporated in walls beneath the platform, achieving lightweight components. (2) Various modular combination schemes for platform plates are explored, tailored to accommodate cylindrical and square columns in stations constructed using different methods. A modular combination is adopted for different platform widths, with a lower number of component specifications and better universality. (3) Node connections are proven to be reliable, with reasonable structural stress distribution. Both stress and deformation indices remain within the specified limits, meeting the requirements for bearing capacity and normal application. (4) Safe and effective construction methods are proposed based on component partitioning and combination schemes. (5) The prefabricated platform plates significantly improve construction speed and quality, while laying the groundwork for sustainable, all-round safe construction of rail transit.
