Prefabrication and Installation Technology of Permanent and Temporary Integrated Prefabricated Diaphragm Wall: A Case of Xichong Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 8 Phase Ⅲ

Abstract: Prefabricated diaphragm walls have many disadvantages, such as single-width slenderness ratio, large weight, and multiple embedded parts. These pose great challenges to positioning control of embedded parts, safety risk of hoisting, and waterproof treatment. To address these challenges, an overall construction scheme of on-site streamlined prefabrication and intelligent tooling equipment installation is adopted, and an integrated mold is designed and developed. Multi-point positioning stud + customized fixture are used for high-precision positioning of CT embedded parts and threaded sleeves. Internal and external temperature sensors and intelligent maintenance technology are adopted to achieve streamlined prefabrication of diaphragm walls, thus ensuring prefabrication accuracy and quality. Large double-crawler crane and customized sand box are used to achieve safe vertical overturn of diaphragm walls. A set of intelligent equipment integrating automatic walking system + automatic leveling system + multi-axis linkage electronic control robot arm is adopted to achieve high-precision positioning and installation of prefabricated diaphragm wall and real-time monitoring of the entire process. Finally, safe, high-quality, and efficient construction of prefabricated diaphragm walls is realized.
