Abstract:
Bid section No. 1 of Jiefang Road stretching works in Hangzhou is located in waterrich sandy silts and muddy clays. Interlocking concrete piles and prestressed anchoring cables are adopted as the retaining structure of the deep foundation pits of 5 opencut tunnels. The article describes the technical difficulties encountered during the construction of anchoring cables in soft ground, as well as the major construction techniques of anchoring cables, which can provide reference for construction of anchoring cables in similar geological conditions in the future.
