Abstract:
In this article, different construction schemes of largescale underground mined Metro stations are studied. The advantages and disadvantages of central drift method, side drift method and central column method are compared. On basis of the actual conditions of Dongdan station, central column method is selected as the final construction method. The new excavation method, i.e. the central column method, is also described in the article, which can provide reference for future similar works.
