Abstract:

The compaction quality of the roadbeds of the passengerdedicated railways is one of the fundamental factors that has dominant impact both on the stability and smoothness of the railways and on the highspeed and safe operation of the trains. The standards, methods and instruments for the quality control and test of the roadbeds of the passengerdedicated railways are fundamental measures for the control of the compaction quality of the roadbeds. The article presents the definition, test principle, test instrument and foreign and domestic research state of the Evdtest metod for the roadbeds of the passengerdedicated railways.
