Abstract:

In the paper, the present status of the finance structures of China's enterprises is presented, the major exhibits of the equity financing preference of China's enterprises are described, the reasons for the equity financing preference of China's enterprises are analyzed and the adverse impacts of the equity financing preference are summarized.
