Abstract:

In order to win the project opportunities and get the projects in the competitive tenders, construction enterprises need to use proper bidding strategy and quotation skills. On basis of practical experience in the bidding work, the author makes a summary and analysis of the practical bidding strategy and quotation skills in the public bidding and expounds how for the construction enterprises to properly use the bidding strategy and quotation skills in the public bidding.
