Optimal Design of High Volume Fly Ash Simultaneous
Grouting Material for Shield Tunnel

Abstract:

The cementaggregate ratio and watercement ratio of high volume fly ash simultaneous grouting mortar with high workability has been obtained by the optimal design of cement mortar mixing ratios and by adding fly ash, bentonite and waterreducing agent. In addition, this paper also discusses the effects of fly ash volumes, waterreducing agent types and volumes, watercement ratios and cementaggregate ratios on such properties of grouting mortar as  fluidity, compressive strength and setting time.
