Abstract:

Taking Beijing Metro project's safety control situation as example, the author points out some problems in the specialized safety control organizations and teams of construction enterprises. After analyzing the reasons for the problems, the author recommends three countermeasures for the problems, i.e., perfecting the specialized safety control organizations to strengthen their capabilities, training the specialized safety control personnel to improve their quality and gradually enhancing the specialized safety control personnel's status and salary to stimulate their working enthusiasms.
