Development of Software for Integrative Intelligent Monitoring and
Maintenance of Electromechanical Equipment Applied in Zhegushan Tunnel

Abstract:

An integrative software for intelligent monitoring and maintenance of the electromechanical equipment in tunnels, which is developed by ourselves with the independent knowledge property right and is suitable for the high plateau climates, are presented in the paper. The software mainly includes the tunnel monitoring system (CMCS) and the electromechanical equipment maintenance and management system (CDMS). The two systems can be interlocked and the data of the two systems can be referred to by each other. The data analysis on the equipment maintenance and management system and the data provided by the equipment report indicate that the software can control every equipment with safety, reliability and optimization so that the electromechanical equipment, safety index, traffic management and environment parameters can be effectively monitored, controlled and intelligently managed. The software can also offer accident pretreatment schemes. Therefore, the software improves the management efficiency, guarantees the traveling safety and provides safeguards for actively prevention of and dealing with the accidents. This integrative software system has been successfully applied in Zhegushan extralong highway tunnel.
