Abstract:
In order to achieve good matching between the secondary lining construction and the rapid TBM boring in the first stage of Dahuofang Water Diversion Project in Liaoning province and to minimize the construction cost of TBMbored tunnels, invert formworks trolley construction method, i.e., invert insitu casting method, is adopted on basis of comparison and contrast between invert formworks trolley construction option and prefabricated invert segment construction option. The study on the invert formworks trolley construction method includes the following topics: (a) Study on the construction organization and construction technology of insitu tunnel invert casting; (b) Development of the tunnel invert formworks trolley and the matching equipment; (c) Optimization of the transportation system inside the tunnel; (d) Quality control of insitu cast concrete of the invert. When the manufacture of the invert formworks trolley is completed, the invert formworks trolley is put into trial operation. In the end, good solutions have been achieved to such issues as the production line of tunnel invert formworks trolley and the matching equipment, the uplift of the invert formworks trolley, longdistance singletrack transportation, concrete quality control in winter and lining construction in seeping area. Owing to the construction method adopted, the installation of the invert for the TBMbored tunnel is executed with high speed and high efficiency and the construction cost of the TBMbored tunnel is reduced.
