Abstract:
In order to meet the rapid development of passengerdedicated railways and popularizeⅠtype slab ballastless tracks, the key technologies for construction of ballastless tracks in extralong tunnels, including logistics organization, construction survey, base concrete casting, slab laying and track laying, as well as construction cost, are analyzed in detail in this paper, on basis of the successful experience of construction of Ⅰtype slab ballastless track in Taihangshan extralong tunnel on ShijiazhuangTaiyuan passengerdedicated railway. The standardized construction technology of Ⅰtype slab ballastless tracks in extralong tunnels on passengerdedicated railways can provide reference for the popularization of ballastless tracks in long tunnels on passengerdedicated railways and for the construction of ballastless tracks in urban mass rapid transit works in the future.
