Abstract:

The ground water of Xiangshan extralong tunnel on LongyanXiamen railway has various types, complicated hydrologic conditions and occurrence environment, huge water volume and high water pressure. Regarding these features of the ground water, watersealing grouting standard is established and executed and satisfactory effects have been achieved. The watersealing grouting standard, which contains grouting commencement conditions, grouting modes, grouting materials, grouting parameters, grouting completion criteria, grouting process and grouting quality inspection and evaluation methods, has strong applicability and operationability. The watersealing grouting standard and the major factors considered in the establishment of the standard can be served as reference for similar projects in the future.
