Abstract:
Construction technology for C80 high performance concrete is presented, with the construction of the underground transfer structure and surface building of Laojie Station on line 3 of Shenzhen Metro as an example. The construction process of C80 high performance concrete filled in the steel pipe columns is presented. The indexes of C80 high performance concrete for the steel pipe columns are determined through insitu simulations and concrete mixing trials. In the end, problems imposed by the large quantity of long thin concretefilled steel pipe columns and complex working environment are solved, which guarantees the successful construction of the large underground Metro works and the surface building.
