Abstract:

In order to get rid of the monopolization of foreign countries in the technology of hydraulic pumps used for simultaneous grouting in shield tunneling and provide contractors with grouting pumps with superior quality and competitive price, Black Whirlwind Engineering Machinery Development Co., Ltd. (BW in short) has made great efforts to develop grouting pumps. After a longtime analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of various grouting pumps, BW has developed DZ100 series of grouting pumps for simultaneous grouting in shield tunneling, which has independent intellectual property right. The trial of DZ100 series of grouting pumps under simulated working conditions demonstrates that they can satisfy the requirements of simultaneous grouting in shield tunneling and have unique properties compared to imported grouting pumps.
