Abstract:
Baisha inclined shaft of Xuefengshan tunnel on XiangtangPutian railway is designed to provide service for 4 tunneling faces at the same time. Countermeasures for such difficulties as communication, construction ventilation, antislope drainage, transportation and control of risk in bad geological conditions are analyzed, with the construction of Baisha inclined shaft as an example. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) The management efficiency is improved and the emergency response is quickened by using mobile communication technology; 2) The new type of ventilation ducts and forcein ventilation mode with dedicated ventilation fan and duct system for each tunneling face adopted are simple, convenient, reliable and efficient, which results in good ventilation effect; 3) The possibility of flooding is effectively avoided by setting up mobile water sumps and mobile pump stations at the working faces in antislope sections; 4) Successful transportation is guaranteed in the inclined shaft by using technologies of antislipping mounds, acoustic and light warning devices, speed limiting and separation between pedestrians and vehicles; 5) The construction risks under bad geological conditions are well controlled by means of risk reassessment, risk dynamic management and risk information revealing.
