Technology for Casting of Inverts of Tunnels on Passenger dedicated Railways by means of Smiple Movable Formwork Trolleys

Abstract:

A simple movable formwork trolley is designed for the casting of the inverts of tunnels on passengerdedicated railways, on basis of summarizing the conventional invert construction technologies, so as to speed up the construction and reduce the construction cost, with the construction of the invert of the entrance section of Dazhai tunnel on GuiyangGuangzhou Railway as an example. The construction of the tunnels on the highstandard passengerdedicated railways can be effectively improved due to the application of the simple movable formwork trolleys. The practice shows that the simple movable invert formwork trolleys are superior to the conventional formwork trolleys and have resulted in rapid construction and good economic benefits.
