Abstract:

Key points to be optimized in the thirdparty monitoring in the construction of Metro works are discussed by means of analogy and analysis, with the thirdparty monitoring in the construction of Shenyang Metro Line 1, Beijing Metro and Shenzhen Metro as an example. The following optimization proposals are made: 1) Rational monitoring items, such as field safety patrol, ground surface settlement monitoring and radar detection, are determined by means of analysis on the basis and purpose of the selection of the thirdparty monitoring items; 2) Proposals to adjust the settlement control standard are made on basis of analysis on the ground surface settlement values; 3) New technologies, new apparatus and new instruments should be used to bring the guidance effect of the thirdparty monitoring into full play; 4) The guidance on the construction monitoring should be strengthened to push forward the standardization of the full course of the construction monitoring.
