Abstract: Drill and blast method is commonly used in tunnel construction. The cost of drill and blast method is lower than that of TBM method.Efficient tunnel heading and loading machine is needed in mucking when drill and blast method is adopted. Study is made on the double power matching technology, the working device FE analysis technology, the load sensing hydraulic system, the electric fan cooling system and the electric control system of the tunnel heading and loading machine. A prototype of the tunnel heading and loading machine is developed. The commissioning of the machine demonstrates that the machine has reached the domestic leading level.
Key words: tunnel, muck loading, DongfanghongWZJ300 tunnel heading and loading machine
