Abstract: In the shield tunnelling at stratumbroken section at Shatiangang zone of Humen port, the boundary conditions such as tunnel face stability, circumfluence system, cutter head blocking and cutter damage variable. The key shield tunneling technologies such as tunnelling parameters, tunneling, slurry quality, synchronous grouting and secondary grouting are analyzed and protection methods and treatments are made. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
