Abstract:

The shield attitude control is the key to construction quality of shield tunnel. The shield attitude variation rules during shield tunneling are obtained based on measured data; and then the relationship between the thrusting cylinder stroke and the vertical deviation of cutterhead is obtained. The study results show that: 1) The cutterhead is adjusted during shield advancing. 2) The relationship between the thrusting cylinder stroke and the vertical deviation of cutterhead obtained coincides with actual situation perfectly and is reliable.
