Abstract:
During the casting of tunnel lining, the inadequate concrete thicknesses and crown top disengagements often occur. As a result, the technologies of lining casting layer by layer and window by window and grouting through mold used in Wanrong Tunnel on Menghua Railway are put forward in terms of working principle, characteristics and key operation points. The application results of the abovementioned technologies show that the technologies used are feasible and efficient, which have improved the integrity of the lining. Finally, comparison is made between technology of grouting through mold and that of backfill grouting in terms of lining quality of crown top and grouting procedures.
