Abstract:
The evacuation time in different combinations of parameters of spacing and width of evacuation passageway and width of platform is calculated by buildingEXODUS simulation software considering characteristics, speed and path of evacuation, so as to improve the design parameters of evacuation facility of emergency rescue stations in long railway tunnel based on the principle of the minimum evacuation time and short gathering time. The study results show that: 1) The spacing of evacuation passageways should be smaller than 60 m, of which the width should be larger than 3.5 m. 2) The length of emergency rescue station platform of ordinary speed train with 17 carriages should be larger than 500 m, of which the height should higher than 0.3 m, and of which the width should larger than 2.5 m.
