Abstract:

In order to build a convenient Metro line, enhance the land value along the Metro line, promote the integration of Metro construction and urban development and to maximize the social benefits and economic benefits of Metro, more and more Metro entrances/exits are combined with surrounding properties. This type of Metro entrance/exit is classified according to whether it is synchronously constructed with surrounding properties; the synchronous design methods of combination of Metro entrance/exit and surrounding properties are systematically studied based on experiences. Furthermore, the synchronous design methods of Metro entrance/exit and commercial office and other public buildings are emphatically analyzed. Finally, the connection methods between Metro entrance/exit and surrounding properties are discussed so as to meet the requirements of urban landscape, urban land use, firefighting and evacuation and safety management, etc.
