Abstract:

The pipe blockage often occurs in wet shotcrete machine operation. In order to control the shotcrete quality and reduce pipe blockage rate, the process of power transmission and material transportation in concrete spraying process is analyzed; and then some key improving points are pointed out; finally, countermeasures and specific checking standards are proposed.
