Research on Vehicles Scheduling Model in Single Lane of Longdistance and Largediameter Shield Tunnel

Abstract:

In order to study the specific vehicle scheduling scheme for trackless transport in shield tunnel. Based on Sutong GIL comprehensive utility tunnel project (the project adopts prefabricated intermediate box culvert and castinsitu two sides box culvert to build double layer structure), according to the material handling characteristics of the project, follow the principle that take important material priority and shorten vehicle waiting time, the single lane vehicle scheduling scheme is put forward. Aiming at the relationship between running time and unloading time of each vehicle in the scheme, the mathematical model of transportation vehicle scheduling is established, and the feasibility of which is demonstrated and analyzed. Through the model analysis, it can be concluded that: The vehicle scheduling scheme can meet the requirements of material supply in the project, and the singleloop transportation cycle has a linear relationship with the single lane length. Under the setting working condition of this project, the transport interval is 0.48 h, the minimum tunneling cycle is 1.52 h, the limit length of single lane is 1.16 km, and the tunneling speed can be increased by 32% at the maximum.
