Abstract:
The traditional pipeline installation technology in shield tunnel is always with quality and safety risk, which would seriously affect the construction and safe operation of shield tunnel. Hence, the rapid installation technology for pipeline is proposed for the installation of electromechanical equipment and pipelines in the shield tunnel. The cogging channel is installed on shield segment, and a stable and feasible installation platform is established, through which the electromechanical equipment and pipelines can be installed by supporting suspension frame. The tooth groove can be preburied in the shield segment, and can also be set on shield segment. The pipeline rapid installation technology makes use of the flexibility of standard tooth groove for adjustment and the strong interaction between teeth, which is a technical innovation and breakthrough of shield tunneling technology. Meanwhile, the rapid installation technology of shield tunnel pipeline has the advantages of safety, environmental protection and economic efficiency, which is the developing direction of installation of equipment and pipelines in shield tunnel in the future.
