Abstract:

The precise connection scheme of Meiqi Station on Foshan Line No. 3 and Vanke Sky City Project is emphatically studied based on the functional positioning and requirements of the two projects. The main studies and conclusions are drawn as follows: (1) By setting up the interface in the public area of the metro station hall floor to introduce the passenger flow of the surrounding complex, the passenger flow to the business around the station can be improved. (2) The basement scheme of the complex is set in combination with the wind pavilion of the station to reduce the influence of wind pavilion on urban public space landscape. (3) The station hall floor provides an underground garage access for the complex, which enhances the complex underground garage circulation. (4) The interface structure scheme, equipment scheme, construction operation management interface division and other related issues are discussed; the interface area structure of this scheme adopts the underground singlelayer structure with strong applicability; the civil engineering management is bounded by the outline of commercial basement; and the equipment operation management uses fire shutter and antitheft shutter at interface for the boundary.

Key words: metro station, urban complex, station and city integration, connection scheme, construction operation management
