Outlet Node Selection of Utility Tunnel Based on DHGF Algorithm

Abstract: The existing outlet node selection of utility tunnel depends on design experience, which does not have specific feasible selection method. As a result, the quadruple integration method (DHGF: Delphi, Hierarchy, Grey and Fuzzy) of system science method is used to establish a selection model for the outlet node of utility tunnel. Firstly, the subjective factors affecting the outlet node selection are characterized by Delphi method, and then the evaluation index system is constructed. Secondly, the qualitative indices are systematically quantified by analytic hierarchy process, grey correlation method and fuzzy discrimination method to determine the outlet node selection model of utility tunnel. Finally, the applicable results verify that the outlet node selection model with DHGF method is reliable and effective.
