Abstract: When nondestructive inspection is carried out on the tunnel lining quality by the operation mode of handheld radar antenna, many problems such as line deviation, instrument separation from tunnel surface, low detection efficiency of reciprocating operation and many potential safety hazards, exist. As a result, a tunnel lining quality detection trolley which can realize single fullsection mechanized operation is developed. The trolley integrates a multistage telescopic robotic arm and a ninechannel tunnel quality detection system, and has key technologies such as single multiline synchronous detection, multichannel radar antenna data acquisition control, antenna radar and tunnel wall adaptation, mileage integrated positioning and video acquisition. It has been applied in a tunnel of ZhengzhouWanzhou Highspeed Railway in Hubei Province, and good detection effect has been achieved. Compared with the traditional single line detection method, the detection efficiency is improved from 15 h/km to 1 h/km. On the other hand, the radar antenna adaptive function ensures that the instrument is close to the tunnel surface, and the detection is continuous and reliable; and the application of ninechannel tunnel quality inspection system can realize the informatization of tunnel lining quality detection to some extent.
