Abstract:
For shield lining with low axial force level and complex stress process, such as waterconveyance tunnel, contact passage, and shieldbored station, the model calculation requires higher requirements for the stiffness and strength of joints vary with the nonlinear of lining force. Based on such shield tunnel lining, a shellcontact model for calculating shield lining segments is proposed. The design model considers the spatial distribution of circumstantial and longitudinal bolts in the direction of segment thickness, and adopts the design concept of "pressureshear coupling" at segment joints. In this paper, the nonlinear relationship between bending stiffness and internal force of model joints is reflected by the bending model test. By comparing the results of analysis with the shellspring model, the nonlinear characteristics of the overall shear stiffness and shear strength of the model joint are reflected by the difference of the segment dislocation, and the actual contribution of the bolts to the lining under load can be reflected by the mechanical difference of bolts. Through the above analysis, the rationality of the shellcontact model to the lining mechanical behavior simulation is verified.
Key words: shield tunnel lining, shellcontact model, pressureshear coupling, low axial force
