Abstract: To investigate the evaluation system for the decisionmaking of the prefabricated secondary lining block division scheme, the block scheme of the prefabricated secondary lining of deepburied doubletrack railway tunnel in grade V surrounding rock is studied based on the basic principle of analytic hierarchy process and the analysis results of finite element software. The optimal block scheme No. 3, which is on the basis of the zero bending moment point and whose block weight is more even, is obtained. In the total order of hierarchy, the factor with the largest weight is the minimum safety factor, followed by the maximum crown deformation, the number of section joints, the maximum weight of single segment, and the number of segment component types. Therefore, when selecting the block division scheme of tunnel prefabricated secondary lining, the structural safety and reliability are the priorities while considering other factors.
