Abstract: To address the problems of data distortion in the current tunnel mobile measurement system in the detection of tunnel crosssection and apparent disease information and the difficulty in practicality due to the large volume and weight, an Ishaped mobile threedimensional scanning trolley is designed and developed. The main structure uses carbon fiber materials and a folding design to achieve a system weight of less than 30 kg, which can be quickly transferred to multiple cities by air transport by two operators. The results show that: (1) The system can directly collect the track information, providing a reliable benchmark for the calculation of tunnel structural parameters, and the calculation results are consistent with the engineering definition. (2) Through field engineering application, the data collection is efficient. Compared with the station data, the data results show that the structural point cloud data error is within ± 3 mm, ensuring the accuracy and availability of the data. (3) The system can be applied to both mined and shield tunnels with good detection effect.
