Abstract:

The disadvantages of manual testing and simulation of shield electrical components under actual working conditions, such as poor realtime performance, low testing accuracy, and a large numerical fluctuation range, are presented. Therefore, a humanmachine operation interface and an S71500 PLC control system designed on the basis of Wincc7.2 are used. Many sourcerelated control systems, such as mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical, are used with multiple loading and operation modes, such as temperature variations, voltage regulation, and servo drives. The three methods adapted and combined to integrate control strategies are expert systems, adaptive filtering, and principal component analysis. The sensor, lowvoltage electrical module, and lowpower frequency converter are used to simulate the actual operating conditions of the shield, and a shield electrical system component detection platform is built. The platform follows a prompt operating interface and sets parameters for different types and specifications of electrical components, achieving calibration and comparison testing of physical signals within the full working range of simulated complex onsite working conditions. The testing results are good, and the testing data is accurate and complete, which greatly improves the accuracy of the electrical component testing.
