Construction Technology for Formwork of Fairfaced Concrete of Underground Structures of Urban Roads

Abstract

Abstract: The type selection, design, installation and disassembling of the formwork of the fairfaced concrete of the underground structure of a project in Wuxi are presented. The practice shows that: 1) The surface decoration effect expected can be realized by using set steel formwork combined with rubber formwork. 2) The design and calculation of the formwork meets the requirements of relevant standards and meets the quality and safety requirements of the project. The formwork adopted is economic and appropriate. 3) The installation and control of the formwork are key procedures to guarantee the quality of fairfaced concrete. 
