Technology for Welding Repair of Cutter Heads of Shield Machine under Compressed Air

Abstract

Abstract: The welding principle, key welding technologies, chamber airtightness and tunnel face stability are presented and analyzed. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) Professional hypobaric welding teams should be selected. 2) Detailed technical scheme and expert examining system should be established. 3) Strict process control measures should be worked out. 4) Strict technical leader onduty system should be established.
