Abstract:

In order to fulfill the functions of risk management and eradicate risk sources from technical level, a specific and standardized risk management system is desperately needed in urban metro construction. Thus the key parts in risk management are summarized by induction, and some suggestions are proposed via in depth analysis of the practical effects and disadvantages that needed improvement in risk management, based on the study of the risk management system and professional consultant team of Beijing metro. The above suggestions are that all-around and immediately information collection and processing has the first priority in risk management; risk management must be assimilated in daily project management system and enough power should be guaranteed for risk management engineers.
