Abstract

Abstract:

For the purpose of preparing a scientific construction schedule management for Phase I Project of Line 1 of Shijiazhuang Metro, it is hereby to conclude the experience regarding the general planning, measures and method for schedule control & technology management, to make sure that all works incorporated in the Metro construction could be advanced collaboratively, efficiently and timely in accordance with the targeted milestone as stipulated in the contract.
